In the heart of the hills between Pesaro and Fano, in Novilara, the story of Dalla Maria began in 1972, when Signora Maria decided to return to her hometown to open a trattoria inspired by the flavors of her childhood: simple, authentic, and made with love.
Today, after more than 50 years, that passion still lives on—not only in the historic location within the stone walls of Novilara, but also in the new restaurant Dalla Maria al Mare, on the Pesaro seafront, where the aromas of Marche cuisine meet the breeze of the Adriatic Sea.
Initially run by Maria with the help of her sister and daughter Antonella, the trattoria has become a landmark for those seeking home-style cuisine from the Marche region, prepared with selected ingredients and techniques handed down from generation to generation.
Over the years, Dalla Maria has welcomed artists, athletes, writers, and food lovers—all won over by the same philosophy: nothing superfluous, only artisanal excellence.
