The pasta – such as the famous tagliatelle – is prepared every morning in our workshop in Novilara, using only fresh eggs and selected flours.
The meat, of the highest quality, is slowly cooked over hot embers, to give it that intense and genuine flavour that only cooking over a high flame can provide.
Our piadinas? Never industrial: fragrant and light, homemade with the same recipe as always.
And the desserts? Simply the ones from the past – tarts, donuts and spoon desserts prepared daily with fresh ingredients, just like grandma would make them.
Alongside our dishes, strictly Marche wines accompany the meal, chosen from wineries that best interpret the soul of the territory.
Every ingredient is zero kilometer: vegetables, cheeses, cured meats and oil come from local companies that share our passion for quality and sustainability.
